Well hi blog peeps..
Today was my day off, it was interesting..and here goes...
So I got to sleep in today, which was nice, I love to sleep.. :lol: Liz woke me up to call me and remind me we were going to hang out..Pick up the pictures from her wedding and do a bit of shopping..Hey we are female, at least we arent off at a spa and getting manicures! Were pretty decent.
Poor, poor, Liz, she came home from the hospital this morning at 6:30 am! Yesterday she had thrown up to the point where the blood vessels on her face blew up and made her face purple..They still dont know what caused her to get so sick, so they perscribed her some bullshit and told her to go back in on Monday..Hospitals! Figures..
Anyways so I shower and head out the door, and go get her, wait for her downstairs and she walks out semi-purpled faced..I smiled...and off we went.. From the photographers home, which he didnt even bother showing up to..and then off to Bed Bath and Beyond for some furniture for her house, she needed some more chairs! We dont fit! So we lounged in some chairs there and mustve talked there for about an hour, ppl stared..Like it mattered to us anyways..After that we went to target and Lizzy got all dizzy, and we drove back to her crib, a few pictures frames and picture albums later.. Im so photo obssesed its not even funny..
On our drive back she teased me that she had "friends" number..(for you ppl that dont read my blog, its some guy I have a crush on)..and she dialed him up and was like hey and blah blah and I was just there dying in my chair trying to keep quiet..and then shes like "Oh and Aimee wants to say hi!" and I just died!!She was shoving the phone on my ear and I was trying to drive and climb out my door window all at once, the little devil in my head said 'fuck it say something'..So I was all playing it cool like "Whats up" and "hey" and whatever...Then he asked me what I was doing on Saturday and I said nothing as of yet.. and then told me that we were going to hang and to tell Liz to start feeling better and to get ready for tommorrow cause we are gonna have fun.. So we'll see :D !

So we finally got back to her house and she had just got her latest NetFlix request Beauty and the Beast, and I rolled my eyes..not wanting to watch, but I did anyways, and I got into it..lol..Liz fell asleep..so in the end she finally woke up outta nowhere and goes "So the Beast was cute right?" and I laughed..shes so bad!!
So since I have to work manana during the day I left early and my cell rang on my way home and it was my friend from work.. He called to ask me how my mom was doing..I was surprised he called, hes had my number for mths and he never has called so it was off..So I told him how shes doing better etc..and he was glad to hear it and we talked a little more briefly after that and we hung up..and I started to think..
Him and I go way back, and I mean when we were kids...The world is a small place lemme tell you... at my job my friend Lisa sat two desks away from him and I visited her at her desk every other day and he never spoke a word to me..until one day I was outside and Lisa walked out with him, and we got into a converstaion and I was like "Yeah and I know you very well Alex" and he looked at me confused and freaked out,and gave me this huge hug and was smiling like crazy and feeling flushed and he asked about a thousand questions.... he didnt recognize me earlier, it had been a long time.. I never forget a face..We knew each other when we were about the ages of 9-14..We went way back and we got lost in a long conversation of old and better times.. Back then when I was a young girl my mom used to work in a hair salon and his father owned the optical store next door, so we would play ping pong in the back and play nintendo and shit.. He was the most sophisticated kid ever, always dressed in black and very well in slacks, he was just gorgeous..I looked up to him, he had quite the life, his mom a supermodel and his dad extremely handsome and the owner to the optical, and an adorable sister too..they did very well for themselves, he seemed to have everything.. Or so I thought..
As time passed my mom went independant and worked from home, and I lost touch with him and only heard little tidbits here and there and I did see they were true..His dad and mom divorced and his dad married again, to a man. As years passed his little sister died at 14 from cancer that developed from a small lump on her leg... His mom, on the run from the cops because she had taken her and him away from their father..Damn. I confirmed with him and he told me the sad story about his sisters last year alive through the cancer and alot more..I wish I could have been there for him, things got real rough. Things arent always as perfect as they seem, there I was envious of his perfect life, and I was way off..Hes doing fine now by the way, he really is, and if at any moment you think that he called me for any other reason other than my mom having cancer your way off, because he could never be interested in me. Women just dont interest him period, hes a funny, caring and sweet gay man now. Oh and yeah, hes still as gorgeous and attractive as ever.. We belive what it is that we want to believe dont we..?
And off I go, next time I blog will be Sunday, and of course their will be pictures..

Ohh aims got a date whoo hooo , well hopefully there will be pics of this guy !! All the cute ones are gay , I'm glad you reconnected with this old frined . Have a good weekend
